At Boody UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable bamboo essentials. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Pack and Post
Ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached. Drop your package off at any authorized Royal Mail location or designated drop-off point.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
